Unable to access dashboard

    I am logged into wordpress.com and am able to see the stats and insights, but I am unable to access wp admin.
    I was told I need to take it up with wordpress, but you have told me to go to wordpress.org for support, unfortunately I do no have an account with them.
    How am I able to receive support for this issue?

    Can you provide a screenshot of your WordPress.com dashboard?

    You should see the admin menu at the left corner. It should have links that says “My Home,” “Stats,” “Plan,” “Site,” “Design,” “Tools,” “Manage,” WP Admin.

    If you click WP Admin, where does it take you?

    @adrimarie, new sites will not have a link to the WP Admin in the sidebar but their owners will still be able to access it from domain.com/wp-admin.


    @thecraftychain    , what is the address of the site you’re working on?
