unable to access dashboard after update ro 5.1.1

  had issue after updating to wordpress 5.1.1
  window popup ‘update not required’
  fixed issue by purging database cache ‘purge database cache’
  wanted to pass this tip on. happy WordPress

  Your site heartnation.org is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :) https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Contact your host(Dreamhost) regarding this issue or your cache plugin developers through there support forum.
