Unable to Access Dashboard – Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]

  Hi there,

  When I login into my wordpress, the dash board is just in weird text only version. When I click on anything like all the posts, I get an error saying:
  Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]

  How do I fix this? Is this a wordpress problem or a hosting problem?
