Unable to access dashboard of our website

Hi! I was trying to change the URL of my dashboard website. I followed the procedures that were given in the following link – http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/wordpress/wordpress-changing-the-site-url-and-home-settings
I saved the changes, and tried to access the changed URL, and its suddenly become inaccessible. I also tried to access the old URL, and thats stopped working too.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I believe the instructions you are referring to only apply to self-hosted sites. akshaysudarshan.wordpress.com is hosted here on WordPress.com. If you want to know the difference, please read the following article: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
To access the dashboard of your website, try this link: https://akshaysudarshan.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

Actually, akshaysudarshan.wordpress.com is not the blog i need help with. Its another shopping website, developed in wordpress dashboard. Thats what i need help with.
