Unable to access dashboard/site

I had not been on my site for quite some time. Yesterday I attempted to post. I noticed a multitude of upgrades recommended. A new version and plugings.
After installing these, I was unable to access the dashboard.
I can get to the login page, but blank after that.
The site still appears via the link.
How can I access the dashboard and get going again?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Go to your footer and locate the “powered by WordPress” link and click it and you arrive here http://wordpress.org That’s a WordPress.org install. You need to post to this support forum http://wordpress.org/support/ We cannot help your here with that site at WordPress.com.

I have been trying for weeks to get into my diakiws.wordpress blog after my Id was changed from diakiws to Jdiakiwsblog. can view it but not add posts . get redirected to new blog with no posts have sought answers everywhere to no avail. Any ideas?
Timetheif u ad one other referred it to staff a week ago and still desperately seeking access to diakiws.wordpress.com , to no avail. Request for a password change to diakiws disappears into cyberspace
