Unable to access DNS settings ("authentication failed")

  When I try accessing my DNS settings (because I want to redirect my blog’s URL to my new website that is hosted somewhere else) I get an “authentication failed” error, even though I have created a new password many times, and followed the instructions in the “support” section of the site. What is the problem?
