Unable to access emails

    I changed my DNS settings to show my domain name. My emails stopped and I was advised to register with Outlook.com.
    On entering my domain name, I was advised that the name was not appropriate language or was protected. I put a question on the Microsoft forum 1 week ago but do not have a reply. To get the MX setting details required, what else can I do.
    Your assistance would be most appreciated.
