Unable to access files on site

    My site has been shut down by Bluehost due to malware and I have been given no other option than to purchase a very costly Sitelock package. All I want to do is retrieve my files at the very least but after almost four months I have had no support. I’m stressed and really upset that I could potentially lose about four YEARS worth of work! I really need some help and I don’t know where to start!
