Unable to access free WordPress sites, including own

  I cannot access free WordPress sites (i.e., those with ‘wordpress.com’ in their domain names), including my own, but I am able to access those with paid plans (i.e., those without ‘wordpress.com’ in their domain names).

  Is this a specific issue or a broader one? How can this possibly be fixed?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  You should be able to access your WordPress.com site, whether it’s free or paid, as long as you’re the owner of the connected account and can sign in to it.

  I checked the account linked to your request, and it is the owner of the site you mentioned above. If you’re unable to sign in to that WordPress.com account, you can reset the password using this link:
