Unable to access full Customizer on premium themes

  We recently updated to e-commerce, added a domain and want to set up a professional site with abilities to sell items along with a gallery,about us etc.(not just a blog) We can activate themes but the customizer is not including many of the features we need such as Colors and Backgrounds, fonts and header images, homepage settings etc. Why is this happening? Please help!

  If I recall correctly, that is in the site settings. Not all premiums let you fine-tune the colors completely.

  We really the homepage , fonts etc. How do we we find which premium we have!?

  See where it says design on the menu? Click that, then click customize.
  Or click designs, themes, then the customize at the top. It is under themes is where you will find your theme type.
