unable to access my account

    This is a round-about way to contact you, but I am having trouble with login to my website hawaiiaworldapart.org. I tried to submit an account recovery form, but it will not submit without the proof of ownership options given in the form. However, I do have a ‘confirmation of DNS change’ email that I sent on 10/25/15 to Network Solutions, the text of which follows (please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) if you would like a copy of the actual email):

    I need to reach someone in your organization to help me resolve this; otherwise, I will have to rebuild the website when my subscription ends next month (I think). Sorry, but I searched everywhere for the other forms of proof you request, but I cannot find anything.
