Unable to access my account

  I am unable to login to my account for my website. I have reset my password many times an no improvements. My password is not being accepted and after multiple login attempts I am informed that my IP address is blocked. Upon receiving this notice I check with my hosting provider where I am informed that my IP address is not at all blocked and was referred to WP Forums. Still unable to access my (ackeebamboojacuisine.com/wp-admin) account how can I resolve this issue?
