unable to access my account

My wordpress account with my domain jsremedies.com isn’t working. I am unable to login. I am facing this issue since a week. Now i am unable to login into my account only. I need to make changes to my account. I am unable to input my current credentials. Kindly help to get this trouble through. How can I add a screenshot into this to make you familiar with the ongoing problem? It is showing connection timeout continuously. A particular 522 error is coming up. Kindly help me.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
