Unable to access my account to change details.

  I wanted to change some details on my account as my business status has changed. Also the links in my posts are no longer relevant and I wanted to remove them. I get the message ‘This page has been reserved for future use’ and ‘User sallyave Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested

  Thank you otpidusprime, that is very kind.

  I see at the bottom of my question it says I need help with sallyave.wordpress.com, but that is a blog that has manifested itself, I have no idea where it came from.

  The one I have a problem with is – https://sallyalogan.wordpress.com/

  I am sure we will get there in the end!

  Hi there,

  You are posting to this thread as the username, sallyave. This account owns only one WordPress.com site, https://sallyave.wordpress.com/

  That site was created 9 years ago when this account was created, and this account has never owned any other sites.

  The site, http://sallyalogan.wordpress.com/, belongs to a completely different username account, sallyalogan. That account has always been the owner of that site. You need to logged in as that username to access that site.

  If you cannot remember your login details for the sallyalogan account, you can find our account recovery options here:

  Account Recovery

  The steps outlined at that link is the only way we can give you access to that account.

  It is such a long time since I posted a blog I now need to learn how to use WordPress again!
