Unable to access my admin url to update reputationdefender.ca

    Hello WordPress:

    I am actually writing about my new webpage: reputationdefender.ca – I was sent the original account information for my site from Softaculous from CanSpace Solutions – for some reason my log in username, or email is not being recognised. I have made some really unwanted errors with trying to set up an on line presence for ReputationDefender.ca (which I did change on google business to @Defence which now appears in the tab on top of the landing page reputationdefender.ca (not sure if this is when the problem started?).

    My email should be (email visible only to moderators and staff) for the WordPress webpage. My password should be Alexander1234. ? Thank you for any help you can provide.

    Also, may I ask what I should do with this former created web site which was not developed – I just stumbled on the address when trying to log in to ReputationDefender.ca ? Thanks also for this – I could use it…would I need a host ?

    That site is not on WordPress.COM servers and you cannot get support for it here. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, passwords support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.

    This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
