Unable to access my blog

    Dear WordPress.com,

    I have a blog named write-a-holic.com, but, when I put “www.write-a-holic.com” in the search bar, the screen only displays white. I tried to get into the account to see what was going on, but I am unable to access the account, as I forgot my password.

    Sadly, I also can’t reset the password on my blog, as the recovery email that I have set up is an email I have no longer access to and can’t forward from – an .edu account that was only active when I was a student. I also did not set up a cell phone, so that way does not work either. I tried to locate the “need more help” button you mention in your support guide, but I don’t find it anywhere on the page. I would really want to have access to my blog back (and to understand why it’s all just white now). Could you help me?

    write-a-holic.com Is Hosted by BlueHost, not by WordPress.com. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features and run different versions of some themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
