unable to access my blog or anyone else blog for the past two days

  My blog is http://www.booksearchjourney.com. I’m from India. For the past two days I’m unable to access niether my blog nor anyone elses. The ‘blogs I follow’ ,’my sites’ and ‘stats’ are the only pages I can access. I cannot even see my post previews. I have changed my password as a safety measure but no change in the situation. Kindly advice.
