  I am only able to access my dashboard on Recovery Mode but unable to disable plugins; pages are not appearing

  Hi there,

  The website you’ve posted is using the open-source WordPress.org and this forum is dedicated to the hosted WordPress.com platform. Even though accounts are often shared, they are two different platforms.
