Unable to access my domain

  *I have purchased a domain elsewhere;
  *I have created my free website on WordPress.com;
  *I have redirected the nameservers from my domain to WordPress.com;
  *I have purchased WordPress domain mapping.
  However my website does not appear under my domain name?
  Please help!

  I think domain mapping only works on WordPress.org blogs.

  Excluding the domain mapping, do you have any ideas as to why I am unable to access my domain?
