Hi there, are you referring to your above WordPressdotcom site or a site using the standalone WP software?
Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you need help with a standalone install of the WP software (ORG), you can find it over at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.

Hi, I am also unable to access my admin-pasge, although I never logged out. The messages says: “Whoops! There was a small systems error. Please try refreshing the page and if the error is still there drop us a note and let us know.” What shall I do? I already deleted cookies and emptied cache…
Thanks! -
Yes it looks like WordPress.com has a server down. I’m unable to log into my site/wp-admin and it took ten goes to log in to the forums. I assume staff are working on it, though remember it is the weekend.
It looks like there will be many similar posts about this in the forums.

Ah well it’s back now. Just shows how much we expect everything in the C21st to work twentyfour-seven. (And panic when it doesn’t).

Perhaps I spoke too soon. There must still be an issue with one or more servers. I still cannot access wp-admin directly from my browser. But if I just go to my site whist logged in as if I was a normal visitor and then click the “My Site” button I can scroll down to “wp-admin” and I’m in to my dashboard as usual.

@themagicrobot – It seems there is still an issue as folks are still posting about it. :(

Hi there,
For those of you looking for info about the 504 error, we’re having some server issues at the moment, but someone is already working on it and things should be back to normal soon. Sorry about the interruption.
The My Sites dashboard should still work as normal.
