Unable to access my Domain

    Hello,

    My domain was transferred to WordPress on March 13, 2019. I’m now unable to access the actual account, having received a message from your tech support, stating that I LivCollectiv.com is not registered to the email attached to the domain. Please help! Ive been out of business now for 3 weeks. The other word press email I have on file is (email visible only to moderators and staff) Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi @ajafonseca78, when you set up the account associated with livcollectiv.com, you used a different email address. Can your office check all email addresses to see which one has the receipt and what not? That’s the one you’ll want to log in with.
