Unable to access my other account after plug-in activation

Dear WordPress Team, I was working on the my other account on the website and wanted to update and change some content. Unfortunately, I cannot see my website anymore. I wanted to install the BackupWphp plug-in and did so – however after I activated I couldn’t reload the website and the ‘fatal error’ appeared. Now my website is not visible. I also cannot log in the word press account and I do not know why. I did not delete anything. I would like to beg you to please help me asap in order to access my account again. I know the username, password and email address (which I think I changed yesterday). But strangely I cannot log on to the account. Could you please check my account? Thank you. Please contact me via my address here and this new account. Thank you so much! (I couldn’t access help any other way!

You aren’t able to install plugins here on WordPress.com, so I believe you may be asking about a self hosted site. Is this correct?
If so, you would need to head over to the WordPress.org support forums. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. Difference between the two?

Thank you! Yes this helps. You are right it is wordpress.org – I registered there and posted there. Unfortunately I need more than the password reset link since I don’t know email address as well. What can I so if I also don’t possess the security codes? Can I talk to someone in person or email?

I’m not too positive what the process is on the .org side of things. Since you have posted in the WordPress.org forum for assistance, that’s a start. Hopefully someone will have some insight for you. In the meantime, I would suggest getting in contact with your host and/or browsing through the topics related to the problem you’re experiencing.
