Unable to access my plugins

I have total 17 plugins and its showing only 2 in ALL category
And 7 are activated but show zero.
Why? -

Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
