I am not able to get into the page to make changes to the webpage or make payment. It keeps asking me to create a new domain.

Can you provide some more information to be able to identify which transaction is being disputed? We are looking through the records but cannot find any. Is there any transaction number or code or business name that we can use as a clude? One thought is whether there was no business name associated with the charge that made the treasurer question the charges.

I can confirm that your upgrades are in good standing, and nothing is being contested. I am a bit confused. Can you tell me what it is you are trying to renew? I see on my end that you renewed the WordPress.com Premium plan on sohnmddc.com recently. The upgrade is not due to be renewed until 2022, as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
You mentioned you were trying to make a payment of some kind or log in to gain access. Is your issue not with sohnmddc.com but instead with some other site?
If so, what is the URL of your site so we can look it up in our system? Thanks for the additional info!

I just had my IT take a look at it and he said that I had logged in incorrectly. I am able to view the admin page now and all the transactions. Sorry for causing confusion.
