Unable to access My Site
-
Hi –
I’ve recently removed my old website (hosted elsewhere) and want to go back to having a straight wordpress.com site. Whenever I try to look at ‘My Site’ when logged in to wordpress.com, I get the ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ error.
I’ve tried to follow the instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/ but can’t get to My Site to disconnect it.
Any and all help very much appreciated.
Regards,
Simon

No problem, Simon. I’ve taken care of that for you on our end.
You mentioned going back to our services, and I don’t see a site on this account. Did you have another username that your old site is under? If you need help with that let us know.
And, of course you’re also welcome to just start fresh like so:
https://wordpress.com/support/start/You can even add your old domain to this if you’d like, via mapping:
