Unable to access my site

  Hi there,
  I had a site called fitfash, and I recently renewed the site and purchased it again, however my original website is gone and when I try to type it in the website it dosen’t work. please advised how I can recover my domain and website!

  Hi there!

  As your domain had previously been registered through us, the expired subscriptions were still in place and our system didn’t update correctly when you purchased mapping for fitfash.com. Sorry about that trouble!

  To help out with this, I’ve gone ahead to remove the expired subscriptions and register fitfash.com to your account. Can you confirm that you’re able to view your site at that domain? Let me know if you have any extra questions, also.
