  Dear Word Press,
  My site does not appear in ‘Mysite.’ Even though the account and linked domains were renewed they also do not appear. Here is the renewal transaction id: [redacted]

  I do not see any upgrades under your @dalalyassine WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?

  I was able to reset the login but I still don’t have admin. control over the site or even the ability to access it. I renewed WordPRess business account for the year in September. I am not sure what upgrades would be needed for basic admin. duties. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks!

  Can you log out of the @dalalyassine account here?
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Then, please log in using the email address that gets billing info related to that site. That will be the correct account
