  • Hi @rawadnassif , can you confirm what site you’re struggling with? What happens when you try to access it?

This is the error I get when I visit site admin

  • Ok, thanks for the screenshot. I understand that themiddleeatsfood.com is hosted elsewhere than with WordPress.com – the public information for it indicates that the name servers are pointing to Ezoic, but I’m guessing you may have a different host than them.

As it is, this sounds like something that may need to be fixed at your host’s level, rather than with the WordPress software – I do strongly recommend that you contact your host to ensure that your account is up to date, and to check if they can provide any additional help for getting your site back up and running.

Just to note, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com. You can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

That’s odd. I havent accessed my godaddy’s platform in ages, how did this happen all of the sudden? I will be reaching out.

And how come I am unable to access my wordpress.com as you can see in the screenshots?

  • @rawadnassif We are only able to access sites that are hosted here on our servers, and sites that are accessible on the web. Your site isn’t currently accessible, so our tools can’t access it either. You’ll likely need to fix this through your hosting company’s tools.

I did a search for Origin Error WordPress and found several mentions of Ezioc. If that name rings a bell, or if you see that plugin in your site’s wp-content/plugins directory, the resources here may be of help, though again most of them are pretty technical and require access to your server tools. Your host will be your best bet for assistance.

Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.

You’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site.

    I hope this helps!
