Unable to Access My Site on WordPress.com – Urgent Assistance Needed

Hello,
I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing a critical issue with my WordPress.com account, and I haven’t received any response from support.
Here’s the problem:
- My site, xgoplus.com, is live and accessible to the public.
- However, I can no longer see it listed among my sites in my WordPress.com account.
- I am the only user/administrator for this site, and I haven’t changed any settings recently.
I discovered this issue when I logged in to update the site, but I was unable to access because it’s not visible in my account.
In the Purchases section, I can see that I have an active subscription for 2 years, purchased on February 16, 2024. However, there is a message that says:
“You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support.”
Since my subscription is valid, this doesn’t appear to be an issue of an expired plan.
Could you please investigate this and help me regain access to my site as soon as possible? This issue is causing a major inconvenience, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
