unable to access my sites for most of this week. Uk user but NOT Talktalk

I am a uk user with ISP is aol (landline btinternet) and apart from a period on Wednesday morning (Nov 27) I have had no access to my sites (homepage or dashboard) on any browser for most of this week. I’m making this a new thread as requested on the previous sticky post which involved Taltalk users in particualr.
With thanks for any help yu can give me/us.
