Unable to access my website

  I am getting the following message when I enter my web address:
  Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home3/waiata65/public_html/rosalindperrychoirs.com/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/inc/styles.php on line 67
  Can anyone tell me how to recover my site? Or is this deserved retribution for not doing regular backups….. :(

  Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
  For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
