Unable to Access my website

  I am unable to access my site and my web builder is not reachable. I need to access my site to remove the shop and stop accepting payments. I keep getting a critical error message when I attempt to log in. The error message is a FATAL ERROR – in caught reflection exception.

  I must add I can access my website as a client to see and make purchases. I am unable to access it as admin to make changes to the site.

  Please post in the WordPress.org forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/) as @amiteshg93 suggested in their reply. You can also contact your hosting provider and see if they can help you with that issue.
