Unable to access my website

  The support staff told me to pay the fees owe on my website yesterday which I did and my site is still no back on. Whats more frustrating is that the support staff as gone silent on me and has refused to respond to any of my inquiries on the website since.

  I guess even staff need to eat and sleep. You have added a “modlook” tag to this thread which duplicates an existing open thread and can confuse matters for volunteers and staff. The main thread link is below where I’m sure you will receive a reply from staff in due course:

  Really? staffs are really humans? I didnt know that. I guess your staffs have been eating and sleeping for the last 20hrs since I’ve not received any response until this morning from you.
