unable to access my website URL

  I tried to edit my url by typing http://www.newlaunchsales.com/wp-admin but in return i am being diverted to a black color page saying
  Security is just an Illusion
  Hacked by Owner Dzz

  How can i get out of this and enter my website for editing. please help me
