Unable to access my wordpress account

  I have a word press ecommerce account. I know the login and password but it is telling me that there is no account with that information. When I try to go on the website it is telling me that my website cannot be reached. If I use my link http://thesugarplugg.ca/wp-admin it just keeps taking me back to site cannot be reached.
