Hello WordPress.com Support Team,
I am the registrant and owner of liveawowlife.com, which is registered through WordPress.com (Automattic). My domain is active and I recently received an ICANN verification email confirming my registrant contact information.
However, I am currently unable to access the WordPress.com account that manages this domain because the login email associated with the account is no longer receiving messages. This is due to DNS/MX issues that prevent mail delivery for the domain email hosted at Zoho.
As a result:
- I cannot receive password reset emails
- I cannot access my domain’s DNS settings
- I cannot manage my premium plan or site
I have already contacted WordPress.com support via email and provided full verification details, but I have not received a resolution yet.
Could a staff member please assist and escalate this issue?

As you have a paid plan, simply use the transaction id to restore access to the account owning that site – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#transaction-id
