UNABLE TO ACCESS MY WORDPRESS.COM BLOG NOW

I have a WordPress.com blog called http://www.sportsportraitartist.co.uk.
It has quite few posts and pages and I use it regularly.
Today I was trying to respond to a ‘PLEASE MODERATE’ comment which I got in my email Inbox, and l but put in a previous User Name by mistake, one which had no blog posts attached, was never used and is going back to 2008.Now I cannot get into my Blog at http://www.sportsportraitartist.co.uk because I am redirect to the previous blog with the previous user name. I have tried changing my password but still no luck.
I have tried putting in my email address and then changing the password.
This has no effect, I just got to the previous un-used blog
I have tried every way I can think of.
Please advise what I can do.
I am using a Mac.
I really need to Moderate the comment and to be able work with my blog, as normal.

Log OUT of the username you’re logged in as and then log back in under the proper identity./

Unfortunately I cannot do this as I am not logged in to anything which I can log out of.
When selecting the ACCEPT link in my email, so as to Moderate the comment I mentioned above, I get this message:“You are logged in as “paintinglegs” and do not not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “sportsportraitartist”. Please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.”
I cannot do this because I cannot log in to ‘sportsportraitartist’.
If I try and access the un-used blog with the problem user name “paintinglegs”, I do not get any option to ‘Log Out’, just options such as this:
“You don’t appear to have any blogs yet, why not start one?”
I have tried continually to find how to log out but cannot find any linke to ‘Log Out”

You should be able to log out by hovering over the display name on the right side of your grey toolbar, and clicking “Sign Out”.

I am now back to normal.
Cleared cache and cookies in Firefox.
Downloaded latest version of Firefox (I though I had got latest one, but obvious not)
Hey presto – problem solved!
