Unable to access my wordpress.com blogs

I keep getting Error 64 Host not available messages when I try to access my blogs. This has been happening for the past 3 weeks. Sometimes I can access them, sometimes I loose the connection while I am editing my blog, sometimes I just cant access at all. I have tried various browsers, and different computers in various locations and all with the same result. Please can someone help me.

Hi, I am in the UK and my service provider is Talk Talk both at home and at work, where I have been having these problems.

Hi Penny – yes, Talk Talk is the main ISP that is being reported as having these problems. We’re still working on this, and you can follow along with what’s happening on the main forum thread here:
In the meantime, you can try:
– accessing your site through another ISP
– accessing your site through a proxy
– contacting Talk Talk to inquire about the issue -
Thanks for you help and I have checked out the forum you have given me. The frustration is that having spent a long time chatting to TalkTalk they are adamant that they have no problem at all with the WordPress site.

Are you still having issues using WordPress.com? Some of our users are reporting success (finally!) and others are not. Please let us know if anything has improved for you.

Hi, my problems cleared over a couple of hours last Thursday, 1st August, and I have had no problems with access since. The only possible problem I have is that I seem to have to keep signing in whereas normally it remembers me.

I’m so happy to hear you’re able to access the site now. If you’re having issues with login credentials, you might double-check that you currently have your browser set to accept third-party cookies:
