Unable to access mysite dashboard

  Hi there,
  While I try to access my dashboard URL – https://kochdichindisch.com/wp-admin/ I am getting the following warning –
  There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

  Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.

  Due to which I am not able to add/remove any of my custom plugins.

  Kindly advise.

  Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on HostGator. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
