Unable to access new account conflicting with old one.

Originally I joined WP in Feb 2013. I did not do much with it in past few years. I thought I had deleted everything a couple of months ago. This morning at 12:03 EST I successfully installed the newest version of WP. When I tried to log in I got ‘ Internal Server Error Error 500’ message. I tried other things and it brought me to my old installation. This has the same domain name and e mail address as new one. (the new version has different username and password) I was going to delete this older version again and re install new one (again) but I may have to wait a month if I want to use same e mail address. Basically I would just like to login in to my new installation.
Can you help me with this dilemma?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com like the one automatically tagged to your post. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
