Unable to Access Old Account Originally Handled by Fellow Employee
-
My organization has been keeping up with this website for years (they are a client of ours). Originally, another member of my organization that left years ago with a different email would take care of the site. I was given her credentials years ago, which used to work. Now, it appears that there is a block upon logging in, and I cannot prompt a password reset to her email because I don’t believe it exists anymore. Sometimes it allows me to log in with her information (like right now as I post this), but essentially blocks any editing abilities, nor can I change the email address/primary website. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). The one on file is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Is there a way I can get into the account? Or are there any other emails tied to the account? The client has requested to update some content on the site. Maybe I can prompt a reset to another email on file that might still exist. I tried the account recovery portal already, but I don’t have the verification information on hand. It’s been so long that I doubt the client has it either.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thank you!
