Unable to access other account

    Hi there,
    I had a website developed by a web developer and I am unable to access it. I haven’t accessed it in a while and tried again recently, however when I am trying to login, it says that there is no account with the email that I am using

    Has my account been deleted or is there any way around this?

    Hi sorry my apologies, I put in the wrong URL.

    I meant to say I was trying to login to my paid website that was in development and my “account cannot be found” when I try to login using the email that I signed up for.

    As it was still in development, I don’t think there was a URL yet, but it could have been along the lines of bubbleandjellyfish.com / bubbleandjellyfish.wordpress.com

    “bubbleandjellyfish.wordpress.com is no longer available.

    The authors have deleted this site.”

    I got the following message when trying the URL – I didn’t actually delete it nor did I get any notification that it was getting deleted. Is there a way to recover it if my website had been involuntarily closed?

    Hi there!

    The site bubbleandjellyfish.wordpress.com, and the account that created it were both deleted a year ago, so we are not able to recover them. There has never been a paid upgrade on that account, though.

    Are you sure your site was hosted with WordPress.com?
    I can see that the domain bubbleandjellyfish.com is registered with GoDaddy, and it’s currently in the redemption period (it’s what happens when a domain expires). If your site was also hosted with them, you’ll want to reach out to GoDaddy directly.
