Unable to access our own site
-
Hello – I created a temporary business wordpress page for our law office over 10 years ago and long since forgot about it. I just discovered that it’s still out there when doing a google search. The phone and address information is out of date. I need to remove or edit it but have long since lost the login information. I also long ago stopped using the email address that I used at that time – and cannot access that. How can I possibly either get this page removed or access it?
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Also, I have read this:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#if-ownership-cannot-be-establishedBut it does not explain how to submit a request o set the site private under the last option “If ownership cannot be established”. The account recovery form requires transaction id, activation url or 2 factor auth code – none of which I have.

Hi @tonybranfort,
Depending on your needs, you can choose to either:
* Make the site private: https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/
* Delete the site: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/Since it sounds like you don’t have access to the original site, which is owned under a different WordPress.com account, I’ll reach out to the account owner in the meantime.

Thank you staff-sheva – I am the owner of the site and I don’t believe I’ll receive your reach out as you offered because this is the issue: I long ago stopped using the email address associated with that account and am unable to recover it.
I’d like to request that the site be set to private as the WordPress support documents say can be done under the first bullet of “If Ownership Cannot be Verified” section here:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#if-ownership-cannot-be-establishedI appreciate your help.
