unable to access page settings

  I am using WP version 4.2. I don’t use WP often. I just tested a new plugin and when I noticed that the Page Settings section in Pages is not available. I wonder if it is because I am using this WP version. If not, then how can I make it visible?

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
