Unable to Access plugin even after upgrades to premimu

  Hi , i upgraded my blog to premium and still unable to access plugin. It says to upgrade. I need to add videos and Facebook like button , hence i upgraded my plan.

  Kindly advice

  It says to upgrade.

  What says to upgrade? The ability to use plugins on websites is not one of the features of the WordPress.com Premium Plan. See the list under “What you’ll get with this upgrade” in the WordPress.com Premium page at the WordPress.com Store.

  You may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention. You might wish to ask for a refund if you believe you’ve been misled to think that the Premium Plan allows use of plugins.

  Thanks for the reponse, I have requested for refund and I may go with WordPress hosted solutions

  Hi Krishna,

  As airodyssey mentioned, you can add Videos and Sharing buttons (such as the Facebook like button) without using plugins here at WordPress.com.

  With VideoPress (part of the premium plan) you can upload videos directly to your site’s media library. Other video options, as well as the sharing buttons, are available to all WordPress.com users, including with the free plan.

  I see you already cancelled and refunded that premium plan, but if there’s anything more I can do to help please let me know.
