Unable to access posting

I am encountering an issue where I am unable to access the administrative end of my website. I am able to log in and see the profile, but it keeps informing me that I don’t have any sites connected. I have not disconnected anything.
I am unable to login through the page administrator link despite the email and password being correct. When I try to reset my password through this page, no password reset email arrives.

I have attempted to reset the password through the automatic emailer multiple times and have not received an email link. Is there a reason that this is occurring?

My only guess is that it’s getting caught in a spam/social folder?
