Unable to access recovery mode

  Hello,

  My site has crashed: https://melakuethiopiancoffee.com/

  I received an email with helpful debugging information. The offending plugin is WooPayment.

  I try to access the recovery mode through the link in the mail but I get ‘Recovery mode not initialized’

  Furthermore, I try disabling the WooPayments plugin from the dashboard but I am unable to do so. I get failure to deactivate. I even tried removing the plugin but i am unable to do so.

  WordPress version 6.6.1
  Active theme: Twenty Seventeen (version 3.7)
  Current plugin: WooPayments (version 8.0.2)
  PHP version 7.4.33
