Unable to access setup and users from wordpress.com

Hi WordPress support, hopefully you are having an amazing day. I am facing an issue on my website https://cardgalaxy.co.uk/ where I have imported the website from WordPress platform. Now I am unable to access any settings and user details from wordpress.com and I can’t connect the store to woocommerce app as well using my account credentials. Could you please check and fix the issue.
