Unable to access site

  I’ve had a few individuals indicate that they are unable to access our site. It’s random based on location, some individuals with a VPN are able to get in, I’m able to access through my cell phone network, but not through my wifi. I reached out to colleagues and they all gave mixed results (outside of the VPN).

  We’re unable to figure out a root cause, and I tried disabling jetpack, which does not seem to get disabled.

  We went to our backups from the previous week and we’re encountering the same issue.

  According to https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/odis.naf.org?proto=http that site is certainly down. However as it seems naf.org isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://naf.org – you must contact your hosting.

  Thanks, it’s not about naf.org, this is for a subdomain instead that is hosted on wordpress – https://odis.naf.org.
