unable to access site

  I set up my site on timothyhiebert.com with WP. It’s been a few weeks but not I can not access the admin account. I can not log one through WP or using my account name. How do I fix this?

  You use the self-hosted WordPress version(.org) and your website is hosted on Islandhosting.

  We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com. Please contact your web hosting customer support.
